Return policy

We accept any products returned within 7 working days from receipt of the product for reason being under one of the following conditions:

  • Product contains manufacturing defects
  • Wrong Item Received
  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • Items Damaged in Transit
  • If you change your mind
  • Open Packages on Arrival

Refund Policy 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 1-7 working days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information, please contact us here.

All Transactions are to be GBP and are taken at point of sale, Once payment has been made we will provide you with a receipt of purchase for your records.
